UD. Duna started first in 1990 under the name of CV. DIPA PERKASA as a producer of batiks and hand painted fabrics in ever renewing designs.

Following customer requests the company commenced garment production made from their own fabrics in 2000. The sample collections attracted orders from abroad and the company name changed to Dipa Apparel. Soon, in 2003 a new creative branch developed within: the manufacturing of Quality Handbags and individual carry-alls in own designs are gaining importance with widening diversity. Different leathers are hand painted and hand stitched as well as classically formed and machine-sewn. Bags from canvas and rattan are decorated with embroidery and beading, wood and shell, stone, silver or metal. Many designs are available, varying from colorful fashion-fancy to beautifully natural simplicity. Customers who request to have their own ideas developed are welcome.
